What is document submission and why do I need to do it?
We sometimes have to confirm information before we can deposit your funds. There are three categories that you will potentially need to provide documents for:
Income Verification
Proof of Address
Personal Identification
We’ll tell you exactly what kind of documents you can submit for each category. There will also be a link you can click to see the document requirements.
Submitting documents will be the last step you need to complete before we finalize your application. The sooner you submit your documents for review, the sooner we can deposit your funds, if approved.
Application & Approval
The submission due date is located at the top of the page. If you’re not already signed in, sign in here.
No. The amount and terms you signed your contract for will not change.
We’ll send you an email letting you know the status of your application.
Personal Loan
You can expect your deposit to come through one to two business days after you submit your documents and your application is approved. If you submit your documents for review by 11:00 a.m. CT, you’ll generally receive your funds the same business day. Submissions sent after 11:00 a.m. CT will generally be funded the next business day.
Line of Credit
If you requested a Cash Advance during your application, you can expect your deposit to come through one to two business days after you submit your documents and your application is approved. If you submit your documents for review by 11:00 a.m. CT, you’ll generally receive your requested funds the same business day. Submissions sent after 11:00 a.m. CT will generally be funded the next business day.
You can also request a Cash Advance at any time as long as your Account is current and you have Available Credit, if approved. Cash Advance requests are typically deposited the next business day or sooner.
Bank Login
Some customers have the option to verify their bank information by logging in to their bank account with their bank account credentials.
By logging into your bank account, you will provide NetCredit an electronic copy of your most recent bank statements. This is a standard and secured procedure to verify your income, identity and bank details you provided in your application and to help prevent fraud.
Your information is secured with SSL and 128-bit encryption. NetCredit does not store your login credentials.
Some customers have the option to verify their bank information by logging in to their bank account with their bank account credentials. If you’ve been given this option, but don’t have a bank login and password, please contact your banking institution to set one up.
Uploading Documents
It’s likely that we had an issue processing your document(s) the first time. Some of the most common issues include:
- Blurry images
- Incomplete submission
- Wrong file type
- Outdated documents
If you’d like to know the specific reasons your documents were unable to be processed, please contact our Customer Support Team by phone at (877) 392-2015 or by email at lp@netcredit.com.
Your documents must be under 30 MB and formatted as any of the following file types:
- .jpg
- .jpeg
- .png
Before submitting, review your documents with the following tips:
- You’re using the most up-to-date documents possible.
- Use a .pdf, screenshot or scan of your documents. Pictures of a computer screen with the document pulled up are not always legible.
- All pages are attached, if your document has multiple pages.
- Important fields like name, address and account numbers are clear and readable.
- The documents have not been edited or altered.
If you’re taking pictures of your documents, follow these guidelines for taking the clearest photos possible:
- Use good lighting.
- Avoid using your flash.
- Hold the camera directly above the document, but be sure that your shadow doesn’t cover any part of the document.
- Aim to position the document so that it fills up the entire camera frame. If you’re too close, you might cut off the edges, but if you’re too far, you might end up with a blurry and unreadable picture.
The safety and security of your personal information is our highest priority. We protect your information with SSL, 128-bit encryption and McAfee SECURETM.
