This means that if any of the insured persons under this policy die as a result of natural causes, the benefit will not be paid. A claim will be considered only after the six-month waiting period from the policy issue date has been completed and six premiums were received from the policy start date.
The time it takes to pay out a policy once a claim is lodged can be anything from four to 48 hours, depending on the company that issued the policy.
